Thank you for shopping with Purrta! We're a small Canadian pet brand and we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. More countries coming soon.
All orders ship from western Canada. US shipping locations will be added soon to reduce costs for US customers.
Processing: 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Changes & Address Issues
Need to update your address or cancel? Email purr@purrta.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, we can't change the address or cancel — but a return may still be possible (see below).
Returns & Refunds
We want you and your cat to be happy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
To start a return, email purr@purrta.com with your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos or video of the product in its original packaging. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in like-new condition, clean, and in original Purrta packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged on Arrival
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email purr@purrta.com with your Order ID, a brief description, and clear photos or video of the damage. Once confirmed, we'll issue a full refund (no return needed unless requested) or offer a replacement.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damage claim):
- We'll confirm by email.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Exchanges
We don't do traditional exchanges. To swap a size or color, start a return for your original item and place a new order.
